T4LPlayer ("التطبيق") مشغّل وسائط للشاشات الذكية، ولا يوفّر أو يستضيف أو يبيع أي قنوات أو أفلام أو محتوى. المستخدم يشغّل فقط قوائم التشغيل التي يضيفها بنفسه.
1. المعلومات التي نجمعها
- بيانات الحساب (الموقع): الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، وكلمة مرور محفوظة بشكل مشفّر (hash).
- بيانات الشاشة: عنوان MAC لشبكة الشاشة، ومفتاح جهاز (Device Key) ينشئه السيرفر، ونوع الشاشة (LG أو Samsung)، ووقت آخر اتصال.
- قوائم التشغيل التي تضيفها: اسم القائمة، عنوان السيرفر، اسم المستخدم وكلمة المرور (Xtream Codes) أو رابط M3U.
- بيانات الاستخدام التي تنشئها: المفضلة، والموضع الذي توقفت عنده في المشاهدة، لمزامنتها بين شاشاتك.
لا نجمع الموقع الجغرافي أو جهات الاتصال أو الميكروفون أو الكاميرا، ولا نستخدم إعلانات أو أدوات تحليل من أطراف ثالثة.
2. كيف نستخدم المعلومات
- ربط الشاشة بحسابك وعرض قوائمك عليها.
- إدارة مدة اشتراك كل شاشة.
- مزامنة المفضلة ومواضع المشاهدة بين أجهزتك.
- الدعم الفني عند تواصلك معنا.
3. المشاركة
لا نبيع أو نؤجّر البيانات الشخصية، ولا نشاركها إلا إذا طلب القانون ذلك. البث يتم مباشرة من سيرفرات القوائم التي تضيفها، ولها سياساتها الخاصة.
4. التخزين والأمان
تُحفظ البيانات وتُعالج على سيرفرات في فرنسا (الاتحاد الأوروبي). الاتصال مشفّر عبر HTTPS، وكلمات المرور محفوظة كـ hash فقط. بعض البيانات (نسخة القائمة، المفضلة، مواضع المشاهدة) تُحفظ أيضاً داخل الشاشة.
5. الاحتفاظ والحذف
نحتفظ بالبيانات طالما الحساب فعّال. تقدر تحذف القوائم وتفصل الشاشات من لوحتك في أي وقت. لحذف الحساب وكل بياناته راسلنا على t4lplayer@gmail.com ونحذفها خلال 30 يوماً.
6. الأطفال
التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون 13 سنة، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد.

T4LPlayer Privacy Policy

T4LPlayer ("the App") is a media player for Smart TVs. It does not provide, host or sell any TV channels, movies or other content. Users play only the playlists they add themselves.
1. Information we collect
- Account information (website): name, email address and a securely hashed password.
- Device information (TV): the TV's network MAC address, a device key generated by our server, the TV model type (LG or Samsung) and the time the device last connected.
- Playlists you add: the playlist name, server address, username and password (Xtream Codes) or the M3U link.
- Usage data you create in the App: favorites and the position where you stopped watching a video, so they can be synchronized between your TVs.
We do not collect location, contacts, microphone/camera data, or the content you watch beyond the favorites and resume positions described above. We do not use advertising or third-party analytics.
2. How we use the information
- To link your TV to your account and show your playlists on your TVs.
- To manage the subscription period of each TV.
- To synchronize favorites and resume positions between your devices.
- To provide support when you contact us.
3. Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only if required by law. Video streams are loaded directly from the servers of the playlists you add; those services have their own policies.
4. Storage and security
Data is stored and processed on servers located in France (European Union). Connections use HTTPS and passwords are stored only as salted hashes. Some data (playlist cache, favorites, resume positions) is also stored locally on the TV.
5. Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete playlists and unlink TVs at any time from your dashboard. To delete your account and all related data, email t4lplayer@gmail.com and we will delete it within 30 days.
6. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
7. Changes
We may update this policy. The latest version is always available at https://t4lplayer.srabout.dev/privacy.
